TreasureTV.org is shutting down, but don't worry, I'll be setting up a successor site

Heyoooo,

You might know me as the guy guy who posts the "I aggregated 100+ "Best TV Shows of 2025" lists because Metacritic wouldn't" posts at the end of the year, and I just wanted to let you know about the updates to TreasureTV.org

If you're not familiar with the site, it does a very similar aggregation process to my year end process, but focuses on All-Time lists compared to just year-end lists. According to the site, it lists "The Greatest Television Series As Calculated from over 4000 Lists and Awards." Unfortunately, it is shutting down operations in August. Fortunately, Nelson, the amazing person who runs the site, was kind enough to send me all of the data that he's already collected, and I'll be taking over the project under a new name (name still pending, if you have any suggestions throw them my way lol). The spreadsheet I'm working off of currently has over 5000 "greatest TV shows" lists and awards collected, and I'm still going through trying to make sense of all the data

The ranking system will be a little different from my year end lists (found here if anyone wants to check my credentials (2023, 2024, 2025)), but it'll follow the same general idea. I'm hoping to have the site up by the end of the year. I will be moving all of the my year end aggregate lists there and setting up cumulative "All-Time" lists, as well as smaller sub lists like "Best GENRE TV Shows" or "Best TV Shows from X Network"

As a gesture of good faith, here are the top 50 shows as determined by 138 "Great TV Shows of All Time" lists I've processed so far. I'm sure these titles will change drastically by the end of the year because I have, roughly, another 5000 lists to add lol

I hope yall will find this new site as helpful as I found the original. And once again, let's give it up for Nelson, who started such an amazing project in the first palce
