I've always grown up with cats since I was born. I often see them in my dreams.

One of my cats, who has passed away, often come back to see me in my dreams, sometimes gently, sometimes aggressively, to warn me of danger that often arrived the next day or within the week.

Lately, I've been dreaming about cats more often, and there are many of them, some I know or have known, others not, some in good condition, others not. Once i described one of the cat to my mom and she said it looks a lot like a cat she had when she was small.

But the common thread is that all these cats came to me gently, and I petted them and was happy. There have also been times when a human tried to bother a cat, and I became aggressive to protect the cat.

Why have I been dreaming about cats so much lately? I don't think it's a bad thing, but I'd like to know if I'm missing something.
