I recently bought the pass thru crimper and RJ45 heads for terminating CAT 6. The copper wires simply don't "pass through" anything. The wires bunch, bend, anything OTHER than pass through. I'm very experienced with RJ45 terminations and spent a full hour just trying to get wires to pass through a single RJ45 head. Nothing worked.

This is the single worst experience I've had trying a new brand of anything in my entire life. RJ45 terminations are not difficult but Klein Tools make them impossible. If this is any indication of the quality of the rest of their lineup, I don't want to find out.

I'm requesting a full refund on everything and abandoning Klein Tools from here on.
