Laptop sleep issue
My laptop has a weird sleep issue. Like when i put it on sleep mode sometimes it won’t wake up unless i connect the charger, and the strange part is the battery is still full (for example, it was 92% before sleep, and after plugging in the charger and turning it on, it’s still 92%)
So it’s not actually losing battery or shutting down completely it just seems stuck and only wakes when connected to power also this doesn't happen every time only sometimes, which makes it even more confusing for me
Has anyone dealt with this issue before? And what is the problem and how i can fix it?
