Figured we’d check in.

Just after 4pm people from Wood Islands, PE to Summerside, PE have reported hearing a loud bang. Dump truck in nature. It rattled the plates in my home.

Normally it would’ve been forgotten, but social media is over here is absolutely aflutter. Figured anyone on the North shore may have seen something? Because in a first for PEI history, we saw nothing. But this definitely occurred and it was llloouuudddd.

Today shortly after 4pm the south shore of PEI heard a very loud bang, reports confirmed from Summerside to Wood Islands. Thunder/dump truck in nature.

Usually these allegations go ignored, but figured we’d check in on our neighbours, because nobody saw nothing, which is rare for us. It definitely happened and was very loud.

Any leads?

Was sitting on the steps on the south shore (argyle shore-esk) and there was a massive bang. It rattled the plates in the cupboard and on the walls, thought nana or Grampy fell out of bed having a nap.

Didn’t think much it sounded like a dump truck, but people on Facebook are talking about it too.

Anyone hear anything? I mean, it was LOUD, all signs seems to point nobody on the north shore/down east heard it.
