Why do I just play like crap somedays? How to avoid

For reference, I'm level 7 faceit with around 700 hours. I've put so much effort into this game constantly, playing usually 3-4 hours a day. I usually train for around 30-45 minutes and queue faceit with a 3-stack the rest of the time. I just don't get why I have been playing so badly. I don't understand if it's a mentality thing or mechanics or game sense, but I just feel like my work isn't paying off at all, and it is frustrating to the point where I think about quitting at times. I know it seems like I'm just babying, but I really just don't understand why I am playing so badly, and I'm more confused than anything else. If you have ever felt a plateau/regression like this, please give me any pointers that helped you get out of it. Thanks

I bought this new mouse (Pulsar v2 Crazylight Mini) for gaming and I've had two issues with it. One (And the main thing I'm trying to fix) is that the scroll wheel randomly goes off sometimes when I click the mouse. These instances are few, but it happens to me a least once or twice when I'm gaming which would be no issue, but the problem is I play counter strike and I have my scroll wheel bound to jump, so when I start shooting someone and this happens it can be a problem for me.

I was thinking about fixing this by maybe making it so that 2 notches on my scroll wheel would count as 1. This way if the glitch is only 1 scroll wheel input, this would make it so that it would not trigger the actual input. I just don't know how to do this. If you have any other ideas too, please let me know.

Also, this issue is less common, but sometimes when I let go of LMB, it still registers like it is being held down until I hit LMB again to which it will stop. This is not as big of a deal for me and I'm guessing it has something to do with the switch itself, but if you have a potential fix for this as well please let me know.

Thank you!

I committed myself to playing at least 30-45 minutes of deathmatch everyday and I do feel as though I've improve my aim quite a bit in deathmatch. I've gotten better at focusing on headshots among other things and have overall improved at dualing in the short time I've been doing this.

The problem is, however, I have been playing terrible in my faceit games. I mean like bottom 2 players almost every single game with a negative or barely even K/D (I know this is not all that matters but besides this I have just been playing bad).

I want to know why this is. I know it's hard to say without seeing a demo, but how can I bring my better dueling capabilities into faceit? I feel as though my aim is better than ever but it doesn't even matter because I'm getting insta-tapped. Any advice is welcome
