Hi all,

Currently trying to book flights from Edinburgh to Calgary directly with WestJet. Attempting to add my VS Fling Club number to earn some points is giving me the error "(Name) does not match loyalty number (number)". My details are definitely right on both my VS account and the WestJet passenger details section so I'm not sure what's going on. Worth seeing if they can override this at the Check In desk instead of fighting with a webform?
