The label said 1 day. The rating engine 1 day. package scanned in at the post office before 5pm express cutoff (that is what the staff told me was cutoff.) The office closes at 6pm, I dropped it off at 405pm.
USPS ought to remove the label EXPRESS. There is nothing express about this.
