question in the title, we need a way to keep our 5 years of front history and can't seem to find any alternatives that will transfer it.

Is there a way to export the information from my custom fields to another app or anything? Should I just screenshot all of them? We have a lot of crucial information to our system in the custom fields and are really stressed about losing this information. Thank you in advance!
