I am in the mood for a really intense emotional movie. I don’t care about romance. It can be about life, family, friendship, tragedy or even survival. I want something that hits hard, stays with you and makes you cry like crazy.

Any recommendations for films that will leave me emotionally wrecked for a while?

I’ve noticed there are people who just have this presence. They’re not necessarily super attractive but the way they carry themselves, their confidence, how they express things and even just being a little kind. It makes them stand out a lot.They seem like they know what they want, they speak clearly and they don’t try too hard. It just feels natural.

What actually makes someone like that? Is it something you’re born with or can it be learned?
