While I know Chinese devices has better camera but in the video aspect they seem lack the tech of iPhone and Samsung?? What is your thoughts about the device in general? What issues did you face? Do you like it? Do you advice me to buy it? How was the photography aspect?

Iam on my 14th week strike of full body workout, I like what I gained out of it, but something feels off about it, like I don't hit isolated muscles that much most of my workouts are combined movement and I like them but iam looking for the best, the ultimate best for me.
So iam between UL 4xweek or full body 3xweek( I also added a 4 th day for nick and forearms)
Which one is the best, the better, for muscle gains ?
And since I never did more than 1 exercise per muscle, will I feel fatigue doing a full upper day when I hit chest for example 2 times a day or something like this?
