I completed my second-round interview for an F&O Technical Consultant role at Deloitte over two weeks ago. My application status still shows “Interview in Progress,” and I haven’t heard back even after reaching out to HR.

At this point, is it fair to assume rejection, or are delays like this common?

Would appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through a similar situation.

I completed my second-round interview with Deloitte about 9 days ago, and my application status still shows “Interview in Progress.”

Is this normal? How long does it usually take to hear back after this stage? Also, does this status indicate anything about selection or rejection, or is it just a generic update?
