How to get freeee corn

Last year around July I found a sprouted corn seed under my dish drainer so I thought that was cute and planted it. it grew quickly into a giant stalk. It grew 3 ears.

I planted it too late and a typhoon swept away most of the pollen, but one ear did grow some kernals. the other 2 were tiny. I was surprised it grew 3 ears. it was already dying by then because it was getting cold. that plant really tried hard to reproduce!

this year I planted more seeds and planted earlier. I hope I can get some ears. I planted bobs mills white corn and I'm also going to plant some of the Amish caramel corn. that corn is really tasty.

try it yourself! it's easy to grow, grows super fast, and hey, free corn!

Two questions: Day 3 of 5 days...where's this poop coming from lol and why?

I did a 5 day fast last month and didn't have this issue.

I'm trying to avoid dizziness esp when I get up in the morning so I'm taking maybe too many electrolytes or salt. Not sure. I was a little dizzy this morning, not as much as when I don't take stuff.

I "expelled brown water" at work once yesterday morning and I thought maybe it was from dinner Wed night. Not sure why I expelled at all in that 'need a toilet right now' way.

This morning I "expelled water" again, not as much but there was still solids in it.

?? Solids from where, I haven't eaten a thing.

And is this too much salt? Electrolytes? I'm taking supplements potassium and magnesium and I bought rock salt from Costco and I put a tiny one under my tongue if I start to feel low or dizzy. I can cut down but I don't want to be dizzy. It's the weekend and I'm going to take it easy

I don't like to salt my water. I tend to not drink as much so I thought I'd try this. I'm in Japan and can't get LMNT and things like that. They have electrolytes here but they all have glucose (grape sugar) and they taste like candy so I didn't want to eat one and get hungry. So I'm taking pills.

Any advice appreciated. Thank you.

Advice for newbies...it's no joke. Adding lots of salt and butter ...they mean it

I've had problems with dizziness since I started this. I couldn't figure out what it was. I tried adding what I thought was more salt. Still dizzy. Was it low blood sugar? Still dizzy. I couldn't figure it out. I'd add a little carbs back in, thought maybe I just wasn't meant to do it. Was also fasting.

When they say add more salt, they mean add a LOT. I bought rock salt from Costco, a big jar. I put one under my tongue as soon as I start to feel wonky. I do it probabaly 5 or 6 times a day. Dizziness is GONE now. I'm also taking potassium supplements and magnesium. I don't like to add things to my water so I'd rather take pills.

This has helped with carnivore and fasting. I could never fast more than 3 days, now I can do 5 easily.

Also fat and constipation! Add butter! I've had horrible problems with rock hard turds to the point where I bought little enema bulbs to help out. It's a real pain in more ways than one. But I decided to go for it with the butter and added tons more than usual. And the next day was amazing. No problems. I was a little gurgly all night like maybe I was right on the cusp of too much. I ate it I til I felt I couldn't eat another bite but I only had one bite left so I stuffed it in. I think this is key. Eat until full, meaning your brain is saying NoMoreFat.

I'd say butter or fat is more important then the protein. Don't skimp on it. Eat as much as you can.

My words of wisdom that have worked for me. Please chime in with your thoughts

Sick of people asking how I lost weight....only to ignore me.

What did they expect me to say? I found a magic wand, here borrow it! 🪄

I've told people cut carbs and sugar, who I found on YouTube (how easy is this), fasting works (easiest thing of all once you learn how to do it), etc.

They listen and ask questions, then next thing they're stuffing faces with junk.

Not that I expect everybody to just jump on the wagon but it's really annoying to keep explaining. From now on I'm just gonna say, oh I cut calories. Or "just lucky I guess"

The flip side is watching people who say nothing but are super jealous because I've lost so much. Lol I can see it in their faces. Lol 😆 especially when it's someone annoying. Tee hee hee!

And the other flip side, people who haven't seen me in a while and say, 'omg you've lost so much weight!' Before they can stop themselves. They're usually fatter but I can't say that.

My rant for the day, thx for listening...reading, whatever.
