I've had this spider plant for probably a decade. As a teen, I unfortunately neglected her as I didn't have a green thumb whatsoever. She was starting to look like she was going towards the light, so I had to try and save her.

Almost two years ago, she was down to just three very sad leaves and had root rot, so I decided to take her out of the soil to see if she grows some roots in water. I put liquid fertiliser in the water every other water change, and this is the first time she's grown pups.

Now, she seems to be loving life, and I am curious if I could keep her in water forever? I assume she would be more luscious if grown in soil instead, but I'm scared that if I put her in soil, she will die again (though I am a little better at keeping plants alive now)

Any advice, please?
