I use less than 2GB data per month but i value service quality, and want to pay $25/m or less. What are my options?

I’m currently using visible $25 for years and trying to switch to total wireless $25 byod primarily due to prioritization. But thought to just do a sanity check here. My understanding about carriers are very outdated but my last impression from 6years ago with tmobile was bad. I do value international roaming as i travel abroad 2-3 times a year (canada and asia/europe).

Port my number to TW but stuck, looking for help

I try to port my number to TW for the new BYO plan, I followed the website guidelines and put all the info in, after paid $30 to TW, I was on a page indicating I should receive an esim notification on my iphone. But it didn't. It also showed a QR Code, but trying to add esim through the code also yield an error (something like "code invalid/expired").

I contacted support and after a while the support is basically saying there is a ticket for the porting department and it is pending, and there is nothing else they can do.

I did receive an email from my previous carrier later stating my number is being ported out. I'm afraid of losing service soon, what should I do?
