Felt like normal pero meron na ko arm pain before starting kasi nagclean ako ng nga clogs ko so forda kuskos vuhh🤣 Woke up at 2AM and I was crying dahil soafeeer sakit ng braso ko feeling ko matatanggal na sya😭 related ba to sa tirze? Huhu I read on some posts na body pain daw isa sa mga SE, did you also feel the same? Ininuman ko sya ng pain killer kasi di ko talaga kaya, okay lang ba yoooon?😔

Got my set today and starting my first dose. What time do you take yours and is there any SE u feel after? My supplier told me to take it at night but I read some couldn't sleep 😅
