At the ripe old age of 42 I am finally dealing with my ever worsening snoring and what my overnight sleep test confirmed is severe sleep apnea (AHI 32.9). I was fairly reluctant to get this machine and not looking forward to having to clean it daily.

I did my research and certainly don't want to experience the long term health impacts of untreated apnea. I have read the success stories from others who's life was changed by CPAP, I hope I have the same experience.

trying to figure out if this is an invasive species. just moved into a new home and this is all over the garden.

if I should be getting rid of it tips would also be appreciated, new but excited about having an established flower garden to take care of 😁
