On HBO Max - the DTF: STL finale airs at 8 pm EST. It’s bumped up an hour due to the Euphoria S3 premiere.

From the City of Twyla website, the Quality Garden Suites does not have permission to host events. They mention this several times on the website.

So it’s weird the deaf blind person Floyd saved from walking into the pool was going to Homecoming- the hotel wouldn’t have the permit to hold the dance.

Quality Garden Suites Event Hosting Application (#2018-SUP-019) is currently under review by the Planning Commission. A public hearing is scheduled for November 19. Ward 4 Councilmember Clara Gilchrist has requested additional traffic impact analysis before the vote.
