
14 days of running in March
You don’t have to run everyday to build distance and go faster, rest and cross training days are just as important!
I’m currently running for maintenance (no race in the foreseeable future), planning to ramp up total mileage by ~5-10% in April while running roughly the same number of days.
What my current workouts in a week look like: 1 speed workout, 1 easy run, 1 tempo run, 1-2 glute days, 1 arm day, with rests in between.
