A lot of startups are building AI agents right now. Sales agents, coding agents, research agents, customer support agents, operations agents, personal assistants, and more.

The promise is that AI will not just help humans, but actually complete work.

But I’m wondering whether the hard problem is not “can the AI perform a task?” but rather:

Can the AI own a workflow end-to-end?

In real business work, productivity usually means more than output generation. It means knowing what needs to be done, using the right tools, handling exceptions, following up, making tradeoffs, communicating with people, and being accountable for the result.

If an AI agent still requires a human to constantly prompt it, check it, correct it, and decide what to do next, is it really a productive unit? Or is it just a more advanced interface?

For founders, operators, engineers, or AI users here: what do you think AI agents need before they can become true productivity units?

This is what confuses me the most lately. I’ll upload a new video and it barely reaches anyone, but then a random older post from weeks ago suddenly starts getting views again out of nowhere. It makes the algorithm feel impossible to understand because clearly the account isn’t completely dead. Starting to wonder if TikTok tests videos at random times instead of right after posting now. Anyone else seeing this happen recently?

For the last 2 months my Instagram reels were averaging around 15k to 20k views pretty consistently, with most posts pulling 400 to 700 likes. Then this week, out of nowhere, my last 4 reels barely crossed 800 to 1k views and engagement dropped hard too. Same niche, same editing style, even posting at the same time.

I checked account status and there’s no warning or restriction showing. Has anyone else had this kind of sudden drop on Instagram recently, or did I probably trigger something without realizing it?

Sometimes it feels like creators spend more time refreshing YouTube Studio than actually enjoying the process of making videos. CTR, retention, watch time, audience graphs, every upload turns into nonstop analysis. Do you think studying analytics deeply genuinely makes someone a better creator, or can obsessing over numbers actually hurt creativity and decision making over time?

Alright, I’m about to spill my frustration. I’ve been vacuuming the house religiously every day – we're talking FULL house cleans, every corner, all the fur. My dog and cat leave hair everywhere. I even invested in a high-end vacuum with a HEPA filter, the kind that claims to be allergen-friendly. But guess what? I’m STILL sneezing like crazy. I’m starting to wonder… is vacuuming even helping with pet allergens?

At first, I thought the vacuum was my knight in shining armor, picking up all that pet hair and dust. But now, it feels like a never-ending battle. I clean and clean, but it’s like I’m just chasing my tail (pun intended). I know there are a ton of people out there with similar struggles, so maybe someone can help me understand – do pet allergens truly go down if I keep vacuuming like this? Or am I just creating a fur storm every time I fire up the vacuum and stir things up?

Honestly, I feel like I’m doing everything right but still feeling all the symptoms. Should I invest in something else? Does the vacuum actually matter, or is it all about the cleaning frequency? Anyone else feel this frustration? Or have I just missed a major step?

Do you think Instagram has trained audiences to consume content too quickly, or is this just how social media naturally evolves over time?

Not the motivational answer. The real one.

I see people say "just be consistent and trust the process" but nobody talks about how long that actually takes before the algorithm notices you exist.

For me it was 7 months of posting regularly before I saw any meaningful organic reach. Seven months of talking to nobody.

Some people say it took 2 weeks. Some say 2 years.

I'm curious what the real numbers look like for people here.

How long before Instagram actually started pushing your content and what changed when it did?

I’ve been putting real effort into my Instagram posts lately, better hooks, cleaner edits, more thought into captions, but it feels like they’re getting ignored compared to my older, simpler content. Engagement isn’t zero, but noticeably lower than before.

Makes me wonder if I’m overthinking content or missing something basic that used to work. Have you ever experienced this kind of dip after improving your posts? Did simplifying things help, or was it more about timing, trends, or something else?
