Do we jump ship to xfinity?
We are in the process of trying to reduce our internet bill. We use comcast (xfinity), and they have this price for 5 year thing going on and trying to get that all situated. Weather or not we will be able to is another thing as a non-new customer.
What I am wondering is should we bring over our cell plan. On paper it really seems like we should. We currently have an older T Mobile ONE plan. Its 5 lines, unlimited data/text/talk, etc that we pay $170. We also get the basic netflix for free.
With the new xfinity 5 year plans they are giving one line for free for a year (20$ after the year). So even after the one year it would only be $100 for the 5 lines vs $170. I feel like though I am missing something and figured Id see what others say. Is the service better? Or is xfinity known for jacking up mobile prices later? For what its worth our bill has been the same with tmobile for a while and hasn't been any issue. Just like everyone in the world right now and seeing how to save a few bucks here and there.
