Has anyone had issues recently with Idealabs orders? Usually I get an immediate confirmation followed by a shipping notification within a day. I ordered Solban last week—received a receipt and my card was charged—but never got a confirmation, and the order doesn’t appear in my account. I also got an email saying I left items in my cart, which was confusing.

I’ve reached out a few times, partly because I had it shipped to a different address and I’m concerned I might miss it since it’s been almost a week, but I haven’t heard back.

At this point I may need to dispute the charge if I don’t get a response soon. Would appreciate any insight if others have experienced something similar—thanks!
