recently she has been having leaves pop out but not completely unfurling and they are getting stuck and then never coming out at all and then making new one. you can see the leaf in the back is browning, this just started so i know that she’s not doing great and im not sure what to do.

i’ve tried massaging her leaves a little bit sometimes and the only change we have made to her environment (that i am aware of) is moving her closer to the window

anything to try to save her would be great, i’ve had this plant for 4 years and i want to keep her going
