IsItBullshit: drinking celery juice every morning for clear skin

i started drinking fresh celery juice every morning for like three weeks because everyone online says it clears your skin and reduces bloating. my friend swears by it and showed me her results. i hate the taste but forced myself to do it anyway.

my skin hasnt really improved and i feel more bloated some days. its a pain to make fresh every morning too. is celery juice actually doing anything or is it just another trend that doesnt work?

Booking an inside cabin for our first cruise but my wife wants a balcony upgrade

We are in our early 40s and finally pulling the trigger on a 5 night Bahamas cruise next winter. I booked the cheapest inside cabin to keep costs down since its our first time and we dont know if well even like the whole ship experience.

My wife saw pictures online and now shes pushing hard for a balcony because she thinks shell feel claustrophobic without a view and fresh air. The difference is almost a thousand bucks more and im worried its a waste if we end up spending most days off the ship anyway. She says its worth it for the romance. Am i being cheap or is she overdoing it?

i was doing great for two months, down almost 18 pounds just by tracking calories and walking more after work. felt motivated every day. but the last few weeks my weekends have been a mess. friends want to go out, i end up eating way more than planned and the scale barely moves now. during the week im back on track but its like i undo everything on saturday and sunday.

im tired of this yo yo feeling and dont want to give up. anyone else deal with social stuff derailing them? what helps you stay consistent without missing out on life?

Bought this 1970s ranch house about 8 months ago and finally got around to tackling the attic. It was pretty bare up there so i put in some rolls of fiberglass between the joists to help with the summer heat. Did it myself over the weekend.

Now im noticing these damp patches on the underside of the roof sheathing in a couple spots, especially near the vents. No roof leaks that i can see from outside and its been dry weather. Did i trap moisture or something by not doing it right? Should i pull it all out and start over or call someone. Anyway any advice would be great, dont want this turning into mold or bigger problems.

When friends ask for music or movie recommendations I freeze because I worry they will not like what I suggest and then judge my taste. I end up overthinking for minutes and usually give safe mainstream answers instead of what I actually love. Even if they like it I still feel anxious about my choice. It happens every time and makes casual conversations tiring. Anyone else have this recommendation anxiety?

I have narrowed my search down to the Honda CRV Toyota RAV4 and Mazda CX5 as my top choices for a family crossover. I need one that is highly reliable will handle two car seats easily and feels comfortable for my thirty five mile daily commute.

Budget is around thirty thousand dollars for a 2022 to 2024 model with lower mileage. I care most about long term reliability safety ratings real world fuel economy and how they hold up after one hundred thousand miles.

The Honda and Toyota seem bulletproof but the Mazda offers better driving feel and nicer interior. Has anyone owned more than one of these and can compare them directly?

Which one would you pick for a small family and why?
