i know its internet points but i had so much history on it.

is there any way to recover?

basically i forgot the password and got logged out.

And also forgot the password of the email associated with it. And for some reason i cant use the forget password option with my phone number set on to it. I have tried going through the account recovery of Microsoft outlook multiple times but they just don't respond at all.
