Cherry wood, 225°F for 2.5 hours then I do 450°F at the end for ~10 minutes to get a better sear.

New find - Sweet & Spicy Pineapple Hawaii

I'm not sure how long these have been out but it was my first time seeing them - they are amazing! Chilis are the dominant pepper, the pineapple flavor really shines through, plus they have heavy seasoning on them. I'd give them a 9/10. The Hawaiian Mango Habanero chips remain my favorite but these are really good!
