I've been at this for months and honestly it's getting exhausting.

I'm an engineer with 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. I have been a Project Manager for 2 years in that period.

Now I have a personal requirement to be at home, and I've been searching for remote jobs for the last 2 months. I've applied to Junior PM, Associate PM, Technical PM, Program Coordinator... everything you can imagine. I've also been tailoring my resume to try and improve my success rate. But I'm barely getting shortlisted.

About me:

I've managed over 11 projects for a leading German OEM, leading cross-functional teams across India, Europe and Mexico. I use JIRA, Agile Kanban, MS Office etc.

I've been able to build a solid relationship with my stakeholders, whether it's within my company or the external OEM and I've enjoyed this role so much.

If anyone can help me figure out a remote role that supports my vision, if you want to hire me for any of my skills I've mentioned above (even if it's not related to PM), please let me know.
