Getting compensated with rental car after someone hit my Audi q5

Hey guys, last Friday I was getting a haircut, and I parked my 2021 Audi q5 on the side of the road. Someone managed to crash into a parked car and their insurance (statefarm) has accepted 100% liability.

The problem is when I am asking to be covered with a rental car, they are pointing me to enterprise and only covering me for a standard suv (Hyundai Kona, Toyota rav 4). But there’s no way I’m driving that after someone hit my Audi which was just parked on the side of the road unoccupied.

Especially when an audi q5 when being rented out by enterprise themselves is $151 dollars a day in the premium elite suv class. They are compensating me with a $50 dollar a day car? No chance

My plan is to call the adjuster tomorrow and demand that “Under Colorado Regulation 3 CCR 702-5, Regulation 5-2-15, you are legally required to provide me a vehicle of comparable class to my 2021 Audi Q5 — a luxury SUV. Your internal rate limits do not override Colorado law. Failure to comply constitutes an unfair and deceptive act in the business of insurance and I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado Division of Insurance”

They are supposed to compensate me with a similar car despite whatever bs statefarm says correct???
