Not trying to say women have it easier but just wanted to vent that as a man this baby face thing makes no one take you seriously. And forget dating for the most part. How do you guys deal with the stress of things breaking. Constantly worried I'm gonna make some small (or large) mistake that brings everything down. I wouldn't say I'm an "experienced dev" but I've been working as an engineer now for about 5 years. Of course do your unit and integration testing, e2e testing, etc.. but still things sneak through. I'm just a cog in the machine but it's very stressful at times. To many edge cases, to many requests, and to many applications. Idk just wanted to see how others are handling this? How do you catch issues before they become an issue?
