It seems my previous post reached the younger audience on reddit so hopefully this one can reach the mature side & I can actually get some genuine help instead of comments like "bro" & "Jesus Christ" with zero elaboration and downvotes on my replies when I'm genuinely confused...
Every game I’ve played recently has me in a lobby with around 5-10 players, is there anyway to fix this ?
I have been building a theme for the past month and just over 2 hours ago my app crashed, once i launched the app again and headed to edit theme it decided to show me a screen saying “preparing your storefront” which I’ve never seen within the past month.
Now once it finishes loading it shows the side kick tool at the bottom which I can’t remove, it also doesn’t allow me to edit the theme and see the theme at the same time anymore which is weird considering that’s how I’ve been building this theme for the past month.
I’ve contacted the live chat and I’ve been speaking with an agent for the past hour, they’ve told me this is completely normal and not to worry and that I should just use the website instead of the app??
I’ve asked multiple friends that run a business through shopify and they’ve all said this has never happened in their 3-4 years of using the app and constantly edited the theme!!
Can anyone here please help me out as the agent I’m speaking with isn’t any help whatsoever
