Feminists continue to try to distort information to mislead people
This presentation of data is deceptive. It conflates two different sources: the 1 in 5 women and 1 in 4 men figure comes from CDC self-reported surveys, while the '93.6% male perpetrator' figure comes from official legal case statistics. If the same CDC survey criteria were applied consistently, the data would show that women account for nearly half of the perpetrators of sexual violence.
According to data from the CDC (NISVS), the prevalence of men being 'made to penetrate' is comparable to women being raped. Furthermore, nearly 90% of male victims in these cases reported that the perpetrators were female.
Comparison of annual prevalence rates:
- 2010: 1.1% of women reported being raped, while 1.1% of men reported being made to penetrate.
- 2011: 1.6% of women reported being raped, compared to 1.7% of men made to penetrate.
- 2012: 1.0% of women reported being raped, while 1.7% of men made to penetrate.
- 2015: 1.2% of women reported being raped, compared to 0.7% of men made to penetrate.
- 2017: 2.3% of women reported being raped, while 1.3% of men made to penetrate.
