Got a frame and black light bulb

I now know what is causing the ticking but now the table won’t turn can someone help!

You see in the video a rubber wheel with a dent in it that is what is causing the ticking also where does that spring go and where can I find another wheel

A response to the following post I heard you take the top off by unlatching a clip to get to the idler gear any advice would help

I took out the top part of my record player and I need to get to the spinning part because I hear a clicking noise coming from it how do I get to the belt
