Hey everyone,
I have a facelift Cupra Formentor with the normal Matrix LED headlights, and I’m wondering what the actual difference is between the standard Matrix LEDs and the HD Matrix LEDs.
Is the HD version just software/coding, or does it use completely different headlight hardware?
Also, if a car already has Matrix LEDs, is it possible to upgrade to HD Matrix through coding/adaptation, or do you need to replace the whole headlights/modules?
Would appreciate if anyone who owns either version or knows VAG/Cupra coding could explain. Thanks!
