I’m currently representing a serious, ready cash buyer who is actively looking to purchase a villa in Damac Lagoons. We are open to any cluster within the community and flexible on layout, as long as the property falls within a budget of up to 3 million AED. The buyer is not dependent on financing, which means a quick and smooth transaction can be completed without delays related to mortgage approvals.
