How is the battery life of Apple Watch SE2 on watchOS 11.6 - 11.6.2?

My Apple Watch is currently running on 9.6.3 paired to my secondary iPhone (8 Plus) and has 81% battery health. I want to connect it to my main iPhone (iPhone 13) but that requires updating to watchOS 11.6.2 which I am hesitant to do since the last time I tried installing a watchOS update (watchOS 10), the update destroyed my Series 4 which is why I bought SE2.

So my question is for those who bought their SE2 with watchOS 9 or 10 and now use watchOS 11.6-11.6.2, how's the battery life now? Does it get through the day? What's your battery health %? And would you recommend watchOS 11 over watchOS 9?

Updated from iOS 17.4.1 to 18.7.7 and all SparseBox installed apps still work

I finally updated from 17.4.1 to 18.7.7 on my iPhone and was pleasantly surprised to find that all the apps that I installed with SparseBox still work + refresh without issues. But unfortunately can't install new apps because SparseBox doesn't work on 18.7.7. StosVPN still works though without any issues.

Anyway, from what I understand, if I want more apps now, I will have to use LiveContainer. How many app IDs are needed to install LiveContainer? Will uninstall the less used apps if the need arises and will install them using LC then.

How's the day-to-day performance of iOS 18.7.7 on iPhone 13? Coming from 17.4.1

I have an iPhone 13 running iOS 17.4.1. Wanted to update to iOS 18.0 when it launched initially but saw two of my friends' iPhones dying when they updated theirs to iOS 18.0, so I decided not to update.

Now that iOS 18.7.7 has been out for a few days, I am wondering whether to update. For people who held off on updating their iPhone 13, 12 or 14 to iOS 18, how has the recent versions of iOS 18 such as iOS 18.7 been in terms of performance, smoothness and battery life? Do you regret updating? I know iOS 26 has been out for months and most people have updated, so my question is for those who refuse to update to iOS 26.

If you recommend updating to iOS 18.7.7, how should I update it? Should I charge my iPhone to 100%, disconnect from charger and update, should I keep it 50-60%, connected to the charger and update, or should I charge it to 50-60%, disconnected from the charger and update?

My iPhone's battery health currently is at 75% in case that's relevant but I can't get a battery replacement yet since that would require me to travel to a different city.
