There is an awesome site and community at: Edge of Darkness

The site uses New World of Darkness Version 1 rules with some homebrew adjustments. Right now, there are three active venues: Changeling the Lost, Vampire the Requiem, and Mage the Awakening. With growing interest, we’re also planning to reopen the Werewolf the Forsaken venue. To join, simply visit the site and submit a character for approval.
