I would go with Obanai and Gyokko. Obanai is a literal "late bloomer" in the series. >!Aside from the final battle, he has the least amount of screen time.!<

Let’s be honest—Gyokko is the only UpperMoon who didn’t feel like a "world-ending" threat. His fight was mostly a showcase for Muichiro’s Mark.
