Personally I think Olivia could be a headliner next year, she headlined Glastonbury last year and she puts on a great live show. Another Glasto headliner is Dua Lipa whose shows with dancers and costume changes would be great on Coachella too. I also think Megan Thee Stallion, Charli XCX and Doechii are deserving headliners. I can really see Gaga doing it for a third time.

“WHEREAS, on April 12th, TWICE will perform at Grand Casino arena as part of their "This is For" World Tour; and,

WHEREAS, TWICE is a K-Pop artist group from South Korea known worldwide through JYP Entertainment that consists of nine members - Im Na-yeon, Yoo Jeong-yeon, Hirai Momo, Minatozaki Sana, Park Ji-hyo, Myoui Mina, Kim Da-hyun, Son Chae-young, and Chou Tzu-yu; and

WHEREAS, TWICE will perform for the first time in Saint Paul, Minnesota on a 360-degree stage, creating an immersive experience for K-Pop fans locally and those joining from across the nation; and

WHEREAS, TWICE has consistently produced chart topping singles and albums, including "Cheer Up", "Strategy", and "Takedown" which has been featured in the hit movie "K-Pop Demon Hunters"; and

WHEREAS, TWICE's concert serves as an opportunity to celebrate the culture and diversity of Saint Paul's K-Pop fan base and the contributions of K-Pop to our city identity; and

WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul is a growing regional hub for Korean heritage, culture, cuisine, and the arts; and WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul is proud to welcome TWICE to Saint Paul's Grand Casino Arena, the city's premier publicly owned concert venue and event space.

Now, Therefore, I, Kaohly Her, Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, do hereby proclaim Sunday, April 12, 2026, to be:
