When to tell SM about pmdd diagnosis that affects my ability to work fast on some days?

I'm hesitant to tell my SM my diagnosis but she's yelled at me for not going fast enough or "hovering the register" ECT. When I'm not on my period I'm usually very efficient with time. I don't know if they "accommodate" that or even give a damn. I just wondered if showing my SM that diagnosis she would back off a bit for a day or schedule me off that day. Because the first day is the worst.

Regulars.

We have a regular that comes in almost everyday. Well, I see him whenever I'm there at least. A nice overall guy but always says the same stupid remark "I'm sure y'all are rich" or "y'all must get paid well" & "have you made enough for vacation?" I take it as an insult every time.

I'd love to run a full cart into his ankles. It really freaking bugs me when he says that because I have to think about how this is the only company that accepted my application despite having a degree and solid resume. I feel worthless.

Most of my colleges are elder and burnt out

One of my colleagues in particular is elderly, working two jobs to pay bills off and is always in pain. Our SM is extremely inconsiderate and strict with her in particular. She's always in pain having a hard time walking and I asked SM if the sitting policy could be ignored for her sake but was denied by SM. Today she had to do damages which don't require movement and SM wouldn't let her sit. I just feel so terrible for her.

Everyone coworker I've worked with so far has had the same complaints with our SM. She expects us to be moving fast pace, busy the entire time and if you're doing something wrong she will not only let you know, but the whole store because she talks so loud. It's been the same complaint of coworkers feeling overworked like mules. Not being able to stand at the register to catch their breath or buy anything on the clock despite one coworker being diabetic. The days I've worked there and SM isn't there, everyone is visibly happier but when she's there you might as well assume everyone's been threatened with a beating for not keeping the pace.

I shouldn't be expected to confront, watch people, or chase them out of the store when they steal. My manager told me to go out after someone today and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Most of our local thieves come in at night. Its easy to spot them and I could care less because our sm only gives us two people at night with no way to defend ourselves.

Stupidy signed up for money network when filling out new hire paperwork. My sm doesn't know how to fix it but I'd really prefer checks as the transfer fees are fucking ridiculous... Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I cry a little bit each shift halfway through. The bright lighting, loud music, and customers who rely on us at the register is alot. I asked my SM for less hours and I think he'll work with me next week but for now I'm trying to hold back my tears.

I know it's silly and seems childish but I'm not use to this line of work. I picked it up for extra hours because my original job can't give me enough hours plus it's very close to where I live. (Yay less gas spent) but I question if it's even worth it. I can't afford to feed myself half the time on breaks and it's a shame employees don't get some sort of discount considering pay is only 12 and most of it is taken away. I'm just really trying to get through this week you guys

Hoping to turn it into a hauling trailer or something for livestock. The frame is perfect just gotta remove old propane line, hookups and do the wiring. Not sure how old it is either. Where to begin looking for metal I'd need for this type of project though? Has anyone else done this or similar
