These fruits paired with cream cheese is a hit in Thailand now, so I created a cheese pie box using my Mango Cheese pie recipe with them. It came out yummy and refreshing in this April's heat 😋 but the fruits seem a bit overripen, as I expect a bit more sour note from them.
