I ordered a hockey numbers kit that was INAD. The colour was off so I opened a return. Seller accepted the return but refused to provide a shipping label.

Instead of providing me a means to return the item, they offered me a remake. If I accept the remake do I lose my buyer protection or can I still get refunded even if seller remakes the item?
