Hi EnhanceAuto Support Team,

I am experiencing several issues with my Commander + Knob setup on my May 2026 Model Y Juniper. Basic connectivity is there, but a few core features are not functioning.

What works:

• Autopilot-related controls on the Knob (speed up/down).
• Seat heating controls on the Knob.

What does not work:

1. Continuous Autopilot: Enabled in the app and I follow the instructions exactly (signal, steer, press accelerator), but it does not reactivate after a lane change.
2. Mute Speed Limit Sound (ISA): Does not work.
3. Climate Controls: Adjusting the climate control via the Knob does not work.

Troubleshooting already done:

• All software is on the latest available version (Tesla software, Commander firmware, and Knob firmware).
• Verified the Commander is installed in the front with the correct Gen2 cable.
• Rebooted the Commander.
• Toggled the "Switch CAN bus mapping" on and off, testing both states immediately after a reboot. No effect.

Could you please look into this and let me know how to resolve these issues?
