Getting sore from anything - how to keep going?

Hi hello! I've recently decided to try and make an effort into being healthy/building muscle after never having exercised due to being underweight

I keep running into the problem that I get sore from beginner/minimal workouts, and its really discouraging me since I keep having to take days of breaks

I currently have 2 3kg dumbells, I mostly only use one! And I try to follow beginners routines which I continuesly dont manage to complete, or I try sets of 5 and hit 15 max before quitting. Afterwards I'll be sore for 2-3 days straight and I rest to let the muscle repair, but because of the continuous breaks I feel like im not really creating any process? Or I just forget to restart once I dont feel the pain anymore :(

Im not sure on how I can keep going, and its honestly kind of shameful (;;) Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to grow muscle? Am I supposed to not take rest days? Im unsure

hi! im a bit new with this kind of stuff but i recently changed from pc to laptop and the OW quality went down horrendously even though the laptop is a lot more up to date/able to handle the game so im confused on what im doing wrong :(( Ive tried every single graphic setting from low to epic and they all look the same after restarting - does anyone have any other advice?

My hair is a lot of different shades because I had black and pink split dye before this and it never fully left me 😅 Dont mind it too much! Im looking to get my hair a more cool tone, not necessarily needing it to be natural so anything works :) Im not too good at the colour wheel so im not sure what would work/be possible? My roots r my natural hair and making me look slightly bald!

▲ 2 r/Anemic

Im just kind of confused. I thought the normal was higher and my doctor didn't say anything about it. I've been really sick for a long time with fainting, paleness and lot of fatigue so I guess being anemic would make sense. Or am I totally wrong and this is a normal result? Input would be lovely ty c':

This is going to be rather weird and specific. But a few weeks ago I made a post on some of the things my boss has been doing and a lot of people told me to report it to hr or quit. It didn't really go all that well

I sent an email to hr, telling them about my boss breaking laws and that I would like to quit yet they chose to ignore it. Im very bad at confrontation so I hoped that would make things better, either by fixing it or just quitting, but now im stuck.

I work in a very, *very* small company that is extremely understaffed and it's lead to me not being able to be sick because that would cause someone else's work to double. Recently 2 others quit [after they got horribly gossiped about for doing so] and I just really want to leave too, but doing so would possibly ruin the entire company, at least ruin everyone else's workload

My contract says i need to report personally to my supervisor, followed by a written letter of resignation. The problem is that my boss is really unprofessional, as I've mentioned, and will break the law if it means I come in that day. She will try to guilt trip me, show up at my house etc. I also dont know my bosses email and I have no way to ask. I mailed HR with the complaint alongside quitting / asking where I send it to but it's been weeks :/

Do I just message my supervisor via number? Tell her in person? Im at a loss of what to do here :') Thank you
