It will be fine to eat ramen noodles and exercise after, right ?

I ate flourless bread along with soup, meat and veggies for the past week. Exercising daily as well. Will it be okay to eat ramen then go exercise after? I’m really craving it. Thank you! 🙏

This morning, I ate meatballs, tuna and Ezekiel cinnamon/raisin bread with some butter. I had pain in my lower leg, aswell. I thought, I would’ve broke my fast at 12. I broke it at 8-9am instead due to the weakness, I felt. I didn’t eat anything besides drink water for the day after that meal. It’s now 6:43pm. I finished exercising at around 5:55pm.

I will eat if I feel hungry. I genuinely find it weird. I hope, I’m not doing anything wrong. I most certainly do feel different and look slightly different too.

Yesterday, my meal was cabbage soup w chicken breast (after 12, after exercising and after showering in the evening-night) with eggs for the later two. I was still hungry but it was too late to go eat anything.

I’ve been so careful with eating anything with sugar for the past few days. I seasoned the soup with Maggi seasoning which has sugar in it. I ate the Ezekiel bread, this morning. I ate pineapple and apple, the other two days before.

Any advice will be appreciated. Please and Thank you.

Many people in my age group are allowed the freedom to go out with friends or by themselves without their parents permission. I have to ask my parents when they can go where I want to go (grocery, shopping plaza). I truly dislike it, down to the point, I’m jealous of people around me. I’ve had my license for a year, my father is waiting for my brother to get his then fix the insurance in our names and then I will be allowed to drive.
My mother has repeatedly said, He would let my brother use his van, not me. Funny enough, He was involved in an accident so using it now isn’t in my favor.

I want to do acca, obviously. Funding is an issue as my father can’t pay for anything due to his debts. I’ve sold some cookies and cakes in the past. Maybe focusing on baking can fund ACCA classes, books, fees and lessons. I’m not sure if this will be successful to the point of earning enough monthly (10k+) to pay in installments and full.

I can send birth details.

Any assistance/insights will truly be appreciated. Please and Thank you.

Last year, I went a week w/o carbs and sugar. I did lose weight. I stopped out of pure laziness. I’m going to start back again. I did struggle with eating. Do you guys eat when you aren’t hungry? What was your motivation to continue? Please and Thanks!

Greediness is a hell of a thing. You’d prefer to full your pockets with collecting rent than satisfy your customers with proper space?

The last time, I visited this place was around 2-3 years ago. Today, I accompanied a relative to this supermarket after so long as their prices are supposedly cheaper than other groceries. I was there for pushing the trolley, picking up items and lifting the heavy items.

Every lane I went through, I had to wait for someone to move (it could be 15 seconds or a whole minute) or finish picking up their items to leave the lane. I accidentally pushed the trolley (not hard, sorta hit them 💀😭) into a staff who was packing items on the shelves, and into a man who was at the end of lane. I did apologize. At least, two - three lanes had a fuckass pole in the near end, Trolleys could fit through one side which meant waiting again, sometimes.

When staffs are packing, you’ve to wait for people to finish pick up their items to go through that side. Understandable, as it isn’t the staff’s fault. Sometimes, there are people who are getting items on the right side of the lane and have their trolley to the damn side of them which I had to wait for. 😤

The section to go to the saltfish/smoke herring, onion and garlic section in the back is like a fucking fish market. The storage section is right there so staffs would need to exit the same section so you would have to wait again to leave. The meat area has a gross smell, even their staffs have received complaints about it in the past. The last time, I was there, my mother and I picked up dog meat so I remember the scent.

I’m sure, it’s visible that people struggle with going through the lanes as it’s pretty small, you’ve to wait for someone to leave and then you can leave.

Why wasn’t widening the item lanes, a priority? Why wasn’t widening the cashing lanes, a priority? Why wasn’t more space for more cashiers and more packers, a priority? Why wasn’t proper ventilation for the meat room, a priority? If there is an earthquake, is the only exit, the entrance area? (Pricesmart too, if there is an earthquake and those fridges and heavy items up top fall on us?) Why wasn’t customers safety and comfort, a priority? Greediness is a hell of a thing. You’d prefer to full your pockets with collecting rent than satisfy your customers with proper space?

I’m going to delete this. It just has me so mad. Not even leaving a review could make me feel better 😹
