I was flying my drone recently over a lake during sunset.
I had taken over water after a long time, Stupid of me that i forgot the Distance sensor readings is unreliable over water, I was skimming over the water thinking i have good clearance, The drone ended up in the lake. It is unrecoverable as the lake is deep.
I do have DJI care refresh; and it is bound to my drone; however the drone and the plan was purchased in China last time I was there. Drone was bought in authorized DJI store (non official). I remember the sales associate briefly mentioning that the refresh care is valid only in China.
where do I check the coverage?
The lake was outside China, during my recent trip, can i still claim flyaway?
Will Flyaway cover this, and what would be the cost to exercise it?
