Has anyone else struggled with feeling small even after trying different methods??
Hey guys, this has been something I’ve dealt with for a while.. I’ve tried looking and researching into all sorts of methods… pills, pumps, random routines. Most of it either felt like a waste of time or just didn’t really lead anywhere.. Creams and oils especially felt like pure bs.
Surgery is too freaking expensive and risky. Plus I wouldn’t say I’m extremely small or anything… but still, it’s something that’s always been in the back of my mind.
Around September last year I started looking into the whole mechanical tension thing (basically slow, consistent stretching over time).. I stuck with it and I’ve actually noticed some changes since then. Even with this you can't overdo it (I went from 4 hours as most would've instruct, to 8-9 hours) It's really a matter of consistency and patience with this one, but it’s the first thing that didn’t feel like complete bs to me..
Curious if anyone else here has gone down the same path or found something that actually made a permanent difference?? (Non surgical only)
