I’m thinking about the idea of Starting awomen’s gym/yoga wear brand focused on comfort + good fit at a reasonable price.

Still just an idea stage — wanted honest opinions.

What do you feel is missing in current brands?

Also looking for like minded people to begin. Am alone here with this idea.

Hey everyone,

Quick update — I previously posted here about validating an art + content idea around mandala drawings, and now the artist I had in mind is actually interested in collaborating.

Before we start executing, I just want one last round of honest validation from people who’ve seen or built in this space.

The plan is simple:

  • Short-form content (Reels/Shorts) around mandala/art
  • Grow an audience
  • Later monetize via workshops, digital products, or commissions

Would love your quick thoughts on:

  • Is this type of content still growing or already saturated?
  • What kind of art content actually performs well right now?
  • Do offline workshops (especially in a city like Bangalore) realistically get paid attendees?
  • Biggest mistakes beginners make in art/content pages?

If you’ve built or followed art pages, your insights would really help before we go all in.

Appreciate any honest feedback 🙏

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to validate a business idea and would really appreciate honest feedback.

I know someone who is genuinely skilled at art, especially mandala drawings. The quality is actually very good (not beginner level), and I personally feel it has potential if positioned properly online.

I come from a content/social media background, so I was thinking of collaborating with her to grow an Instagram page and possibly a YouTube channel around this.

But before going all in, I have a few doubts:

Do people (especially in a city like Bangalore) actually enjoy and follow this kind of art content consistently? Or is it too niche? If we eventually conduct offline art/mandala workshops, do you think people would show up and be willing to pay? How big can something like this realistically grow? Can it turn into a solid income stream or even a business?

The rough idea is:

Start with short-form content (reels/shorts) Build an audience Then monetize through workshops, digital products, or commissions

If anyone here has experience with art pages, workshops, or content-based businesses, I’d love to hear:

What worked / what didn’t Mistakes to avoid Whether this is worth pursuing or not

Feel free to be brutally honest — that’s exactly what I need right now.

Thanks!

I’m 21 years old and honestly… I’m really scared about my life right now. I have a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and I’m currently working as a testing engineer at a startup. But the truth is, I don’t like this field at all. I don’t see myself doing this long term. The only thing on my mind is making money and building a better life, but I genuinely don’t know where or how to start. I also don’t have any connections or guidance. I do have some interests: I like trading, but I don’t want to depend on it as my main income. I enjoy photography, especially random/travel shots, but I don’t even have a good camera (not even a good phone camera). I tried starting a faceless YouTube channel, but I quit after uploading 5 videos. I know consistency is my problem. Now I’m thinking about starting a YouTube growth/management agency since I understand things like metrics and content, but I’m still scared to take action. I keep overthinking everything. Another thing that worries me is my family situation. My brother is 26 and still doesn’t have a stable job, and that adds more pressure on me to figure things out. I feel stuck, confused, and honestly a bit overwhelmed. If you were in my position, what would you do? Where should I start?
