problem/goal: my brother (25m) got a girl (18f) pregnant and stole my parent’s retirement fund

context: my brother still hasn’t graduated from college because he keeps changing programs. he’s 25 and still studying. the girl is allegedly doing sex work we only found out because people from her barangay told us.

the bigger issue is his behavior. he constantly blames my parents for how his life turned out, saying they’re “useless,” even though they’ve provided everything for him and even spoiled him. he has a history of being violent he has punched my dad and regularly yells at my parents.

now that he got the girl pregnant, he expects my parents to financially support both of them. my parents don’t want to, especially since he’s not yet graduated, has no stable income, and they feel like he needs to take responsibility for his own choices.

when they told him this, he stole from my parents he drained their bank account because he had access (naka OR siya), and he also took valuables like jewelry.

i feel really bad for my parents because all they ever did was support us, and this is how they’re being treated. my mom was supposed to retire this year, but now she can’t because of everything that’s happening.

questions: what can i do as his brother in this situation? is there a way to get the money back?
