How do you deal with the feeling that you’re not improving?

I guess I'm having plateau. I'm just trying to expose my self to english as many as possible, read a lot, listen a lot, but I can't help feeling frustrated. it's not like I get score so I don't even know if I'm improving.. so vague. how do you deal with this feeling and situation?

I'm korean and I'm going to graduate with bachelor's degree in Computer science. studying abroad has always been my dream and you know, you only live once, so I wanna give it a try even though it will be challenging.

I'd like to study in English, prolly pursue a master's degree and it'd be great if I have chance to looking for a job after graduation

here's what I searched so far:

Germany: I find it affordable, and actually I've been there as an exchange student

Hungary: nice national scholarship

USA, Austrailia: I don't think I can afford them...
