If u get an app in which you can connect your bank account and instantly get the bank statement transaction data transferred into excel, without downloading it with only giving the App, the read only access to your bank account. Would you feel it safe to provide this read- only access of your bank account to the App or would you find it better to first downloading the statement and then uploading it to the App or Google sheet to get it in excel.

I reviewed 10 early-stage SaaS products and found same issues:

Wrong ICP

Weak funnel

No inbound system

Most are struggling not because of the product, but because of growth gaps.

I’m planning to do a few detailed SaaS growth analysis where I break down:

Where your growth is stuck

Why your numbers are low

What to fix

Drop your SaaS link if you want me to take a look.

As I come across so may founders, I find that many of them first develop the SaaS product and then look for market and clients. However, a short market research prior to building the SaaS product is extremely important and indispensable, as after investing precious time and funds on a project, you struggle to analyse its relevance in the market. Many founders discover after months of hard work that their product is not even required. So, a basic market research is essential before kick- starting the tech development work.
